Anal Sex Concerns

Anal sex is an important part of many gay men's sexual experiences. Even most sex therapists don't have training in sexual concerns specific to anal sex. These can include concerns related to diet and douching, anal pain involving fissures or hemorrhoids, navigating "bottom shame", and more.
